Meet Miss Sally
(Director of Montessori and After School)

I'm Sally, the younger sister! For as long as I can remember I have wanted to work with children. I chose to become a Montessori teacher as the Montessori method enables each and every child to develop their interests and confidence positively in a safe and nurturing environment.

I gained an international degree in Social Science from UCD, Masters in Management from Michael Smurfit Business School and a Higher Diploma in Arts in Early Childhood Montessori Education, level 8. Since beginning my Montessori training I have gained invaluable experience working in some of Dublin’s renowned Montessori’s, learning from some of the most inspirational teachers.

I am dedicated to ensuring that each child’s time in Ivy Lane is positively unforgettable. I have been fortunate to have seen first hand how wonderful and effective the Montessori method is in children's lives.  With each child that walks through our door, I strive to support them in unlocking their inner confidence, passions and interests. We created the premise of Ivy Lane based on the aspiration of every child learning about themselves and the world around them with their hands, hearts and minds while parents can rest assured that their child is getting the most out of life.

Meet Miss Aimee
(Director of Operations)

I’m Aimee, Miss Sally’s elder sister! My background has primarily been in Marketing. With a MSc. in Marketing from Smurfit Business School, I went straight into working for some of Ireland’s largest multinational organisations and was fortunate to work on numerous, leading global brands.

I am so excited to begin a new chapter of my life working side by side with my sister and the amazing Ivy Lane team, in a place that I hold some of my most cherished memories from my childhood. We were fortunate to have attended an excellent Montessori, as children. It was during this time that I met some of my best friends that I still have to this day, making the sentiment of Montessori and the long term benefits it has on a child's life really close to my heart.  This is why for me, Ivy Lane will be all about friendship. I look forward to welcoming each child that joins us, getting to know each individual child’s unique personality and be lucky enough to make some new little friends in my life.

My role in Ivy Lane is to ensure that parents are constantly up to speed on updates and progression of their child through consistent communication while aiming to make any administrative tasks seamless. My door will always be open and I will be at the other end of the phone.  My aim is to be able to make each parents busy lives, that bit easier!

We are fortunate to have a team of likeminded people working alongside us in Ivy lane, who embody the same love for teaching, passion for the natural development of each child and the aspiration to build relationships with each child and parent that is part of the Ivy Lane family.

Meet Miss Rebecca
(Manager of Ivy Lane)

My name is Rebecca, I am the manager of Ivy Lane Montessori and After School. As a qualified Montessori teacher with many years experience working in Dublin's leading Montessori school's, I have an in-depth knowledge of supporting children and parents, in and outside of the classroom.

From when families initially engage with Ivy Lane, it is my ambition to familiarize them with the Ivy Lane ethos, our school and our team, while offering insight into how things operate in our school. It is a true passion of mine to get to know our children and families individually, ensuring the needs of each child are met. Nothing brings me more joy than to see a child learn, develop and grow during their time in Ivy Lane. It is such a privilege to see so many happy faces come in and out of our door each day.

I hope to be able to support and work in partnership with each and every family in Ivy Lane.
